We have state-of-the-art production lines to ensure a high manufacturing capacity. Risuntech has passed the worldwide quality management and quality assurance standards ISO 9001, as well as the Medical Device – Quality Management System – requirements for regulatory compliance ISO 13485.

We offer dual copper-based and copper-free bristle planting processes, featuring advanced integrated equipment for three-color bristle channels (bristle planting and grinding), as well as AI-driven visual automatic grabbing/feeding systems.

We integrate automated assembly processes with strict quality inspection steps. We have four fully automatic water pump production lines, as well as semi-automatic lines. Each water pump is calibrated for flow rate accuracy.

With over 100 technical staff, including 60 senior mold workshop technicians, we rely on industry-leading processing equipment such as CNC, EDM, and WEDM, combined with Moldflow analysis software and 3D coordinate measuring equipment, to build a full-process technical system from design to verification.

We are equipped with more than 120 domestic leading injection molding machines, covering a full range of specifications from 10T micro-injection molding machines to 400T models, fully meeting customers' product requirements for diversified processes such as precision injection molding, micro-injection molding, and two-color injection molding.
